The New Patriotic Get together (NPP) 2028 flag bearer, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, has praised the Minority Caucus in Parliament, describing it as “the final line of protection and a glimmer of hope” for Ghanaians over the previous 17 months because the celebration left energy after the December 2024 common elections.

Addressing the caucus at a press convention exterior Parliament, Dr Bawumia praised the resilience and dedication of MPs within the face of opposition, noting that they deserved to be labeled because the “mighty minority”.
