South Africa has introduced its abstention from adopting the African Constitution on the Household, Sovereignty and Values on the ongoing Fourth Inter-Parliamentary Convention in Accra, Ghana.
In line with the South African delegation, the Constitution’s definition of marriage as completely between a person and a girl is inconsistent with the nation’s structure and the ideas of worldwide regulation it upholds.
