The flag bearer of the New Patriotic Celebration (NPP), Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, has urged members of the Tertiary College students’ Confederation (TESCON) to organize for key management roles forward of the 2028 basic elections.

He mentioned the social gathering is deliberately investing within the coaching and improvement of youth as they continue to be central to the nation’s political future and electoral success.

Addressing TESCON members on the opening ceremony of a three-day management coaching program beneath the 2026 Management Pipeline Initiative in Accra final Thursday, Dr. Bawumia mentioned the NPP strongly believes in youth empowerment and succession planning.

“This coaching program is in your profit as a result of we would like younger folks to fill necessary management positions,” he mentioned.
