Stanbic Financial institution Ghana has donated GH¢200,000 to the Dagbon Improvement Fund to steer the redevelopment of the historic Gbewa Palace in Yendi.

This donation comes as a part of the Financial institution’s broader efforts to strengthen relationships with Dagbon Conventional Areas and assist community-led growth initiatives within the Kingdom.

Mr. Kwamina Asomaning, Chief Govt Officer of Stanbic Financial institution Ghana, introduced a test to Ya Na Mahama Abukari II, the Sovereign of Dagbon, praising the standard chief for the steadiness and development witnessed within the area underneath his management.

He stated the peace and unity at present prevailing in Dagbon is creating an enabling setting for growth and funding, including that the financial institution is proud to contribute to such transformative initiatives.
