Ghanaian police have arrested 4 suspected armed robbers believed to be behind a collection of robberies in components of the Higher East and Northeast.

The suspects, recognized as Abdullahi Ibrahim, Amadou Rahman, Amadou Slemana also called Saaga, and Adu Yakubu, have been arrested in Bolgatanga on Tuesday, Might 5, 2026, following what police described as an intelligence-led operation.
