Minority Chief Frank Ano Dompre has launched a fierce assault on Mahama’s authorities over the resumption of extended energy outages.

He warned that the worsening power disaster was destroying companies, jobs and public confidence.

In an open letter to President John Mahama on Wednesday, Nsawam Adagiri mentioned the repeated energy outages had been a severe governance failure with devastating financial penalties.

“The resurgence of sustained shedding, generally often called ‘damsole’, which continues to plague Ghanaian households, companies and demanding public establishments, is deeply worrying,” he mentioned.

He mentioned that regardless of repeated assurances that Damsoor was over, “the fact on the bottom tells a really completely different story.”
