9 gamers have began camp with the Black Stars in Wales forward of the pre-World Cup pleasant in Cardiff on June 2.

Most leagues in Europe have concluded and others are anticipated to hitch camps within the coming days.

The Ghana Soccer Affiliation is but to formally announce the squad listing for the Wales pleasant and the 2026 FIFA World Cup, with president Kurt Okraku indicating that the listing shall be launched on June 1.

Ghana enters this sport on a 5-game shedding streak, having misplaced 0-2 of their final match towards Mexico.

Coach Carlos Queiroz has insisted that solely “deserving gamers” shall be chosen for the expanded 48-team World Cup.

Ghana are aiming to advance to the World Cup finals for the primary time since 2010 and have been positioned in Group L together with England, Croatia and Panama.
