Sylvester Adinam Mensah, CEO of the Export-Import Financial institution of Ghana, known as for higher feminine management throughout Africa, saying the continent’s transformation depends upon daring and visionary ladies.

“The world rewards boldness and Africa wants daring ladies to construct, lead and remodel itself,” she mentioned whereas talking on the 2026 Ghana Girls CEO Summit in Accra on Thursday, Might 7.

She urged ladies to beat structural and social limitations to pursue their ambitions and form their very own futures.

“Broaden your capabilities to suit your imaginative and prescient, do not await permission to take a place, do not be afraid of failure, do not be afraid of stagnation,” he mentioned.

He inspired contributors to stay resilient and purposeful, stressing that management alternatives shouldn’t be restricted by gender or circumstance.
