The Ministry of International Affairs hosted the official launch of three improvement initiatives funded beneath Japan’s 2025 supplementary funds, geared toward selling peacebuilding, digital transformation and well being innovation in Ghana.

These initiatives give attention to the Humanitarian-Improvement-Peace (HDP) nexus in Bauku, digital transformation of the general public sector with synthetic intelligence, and well being outcomes by AI, and are being applied in partnership with the governments of Ghana and Japan, the United Nations Improvement Program (UNDP), and the World Well being Group (WHO), with a mixed preliminary funding of roughly $1.5 million.

Hiroshi Yoshimoto, Japan’s Ambassador to Ghana, stated these initiatives are an indication of deepening bilateral relations and reaffirmed Japan’s dedication to help interventions targeted on human safety.
