Ghanaian police have arrested Opoku Emmanuel for allegedly threatening police and army personnel in a video that went viral on social media.

The arrest was carried out by the Cyber ​​Investigation and Enforcement Staff (CVET) of the Inspector Normal of Police in collaboration with cops from Jacob, Ashanti Area.

Police mentioned the suspect appeared masked within the video, allegedly inciting violence and warning safety guards to not attempt to arrest the armed robbers.
